Tax Code BR X

I have had a tax code notification from the HMRC to BR X, quickbooks doesn't accept this as a valid code - can you help?

Hello De88ie

 

The X always  means week one month one on the end of the tax codes. In this case you can select BR as the tax code and then use the tax method week one month one. QuickBooks  payroll is based on guidelines from HMRC in this particular case the tax codes section of the HMRC website.
