Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies, to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try again. Then take a look at the Dataswitcher prerequisites article here and see if that resolves it for you or not. Please come back here if you find it does not and we'll be happy to take a look. Thanks
Hello Community User, We just wanted to pop in and update this thread with the resolution for any future users who may come across the same problem. As VAT can not be turned off when it is turned on in Quickbooks Online. The only way to resolve this is was to purge the account. As it was a brand new account and in its 1st 90 days this is possible by going to the dashboard on Quickbooks and adding /purgecompany to the end of the URL that shows in the URL bar and pressing enter and typing yes in the box that appears. We do have to stress that will reset everything and you will have a blank Quickbooks as it will reset it to the beginning. Then customer VAT was turned off as standard and they could continue the migration process with Dataswitcher.
