Hi there

When entering IN Number I get this error: That doesn't look like the right National Insurance number. This National Insurance number is already associated with another employee. Take a look and try again.



There are no more employees in the account.

What is the error related to?

I don't have any inactive users.


I checked my insurance number with HMRC and it works. It also worked all this time in XERO until yesterday. I did a data transfer from Xero to Quickbooks and it is in Quickbooks that it does not work. Do you have it synchronised with HMRC? Are you sure my number is invalid?
