Trying to add business details to start payroll, but do not allow me to go forward when I click next

Thanks for joining us here on the Online Community. 

 

Are there any fields with incomplete information or any boxes highlighted in red?

 

If the answer is no to both please try pressing Ctrl + F5 to re-boot the page and re-enter to see if this is caused by a temporary cache issue.

Not resolves yet, I did so many times ctrl + f5, page refresh but not going forward if I click next.

 

Secondly our company name is not showing in the drop down arrow, while we do address search, is that the reason could be ???

Hello Onsdevelopments

 

Could we ask you to try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser in case it is a browser issue? If then the company name does not appear and let you add in business details could you reply with a screenshot of what you're seeing
