Trying to opt out an employee from auto enrolment and there is no opt out option! any ideas

Can we just confirm which Payroll you are using?Standard, Advanced or Paysuite? Is this for a new employee that you are setting up now or an existing employee?If it is an existing employee could you provide a screen shot of the auto enrollment section(it maybe called pension settings if you are using Advanced payroll) on that employee.
