Question

Trying to reauthorise access to my account. I follow the link in QB, and complete the authorisation at RBS, but QB is still unable to connect. Need to submit to HMRC help

Can I check the specific account type you're trying to connect with RBS and whether you're registered for their Bankline service? 

 

For troubleshooting purposes, can you try connecting the bank through a private browsing/incognito window? 🧐
