Upgraded to Quickbooks Payroll and now can't access account

I have just upgraded to Quickbooks Payroll but I now can't access my account and when I try to login I get the following error message:

 

"We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly. Thank you for your patience."

 

Can anyone help with this?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can access your QuickBooks Online Payroll, John Gutteridge.

 

You can start by deleting the browser 's cache and cookies. QuickBooks uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these can also block web pages from accessing your account

 

Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect.

 

Then, sign back in to QuickBooks. If you're still getting the same results, I recommend contacting our Payroll Team. They can check the status of the payroll service and verify why you're getting the message.

 

Here's how to get in touch with them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
