VAT return problem: QB says 'can't connect to HMRC'. QB Help say problem with HMRC; 3 phone calls with HMRC who say it's software. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Have you checked that you have everything it says in the take action section? Here is an article for you to take a look at as well. If you still have any issues can you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile and provide the agent on the phone with your vat registration number and they will be able to check in the system to see what obligations hmrc are sending to us to get your issue all resolved for you.
