We changed our PAYE ref half way through year got a big bill from HMRC think I’ve missed something out on employees records any advise?

HMRC say might be something to do with previous pay and tax on old PAYE ref, what should be keyed on employee records?

Can we ask which payroll it is you use within Quickbooks is it our Standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?
