We have an employee leaving and im having problems with printing his P45, it looks like it's encrypted can you help?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix your printing issue and get you back to working order. 

 

To start, log in to your QBO account via a private window. This allows you to browse the net without storing cache and cookies.

 

Here’s how to access for each browser:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, go back and try to print P45 again to double-check. If this works, then you'll need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
