We have moved from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online. How do we generate P60's from online?

We ran our final payroll of the 2019/20 last month. We have not yet received our P60s from HMRC.  As it is payroll time again we need to run the new payroll so have moved to QuickBooks online.  Do we generate the P60's from the desktop version?

Hello @MaryDe,

 

You can generate P60's from the employees' profile. Just make sure you've properly entered their YTD information.

Let me walk you through how.

 

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Select the employee's name.
  3. Download P60 from the Document's page.
