You've come to the right place for assistance, office290. Allow me to share insights and ensure your FPS payroll processing gets resolved.

In QuickBooks, submitting FPS to the HMRC, we'll have to ensure all payroll information entered is in its accurate details. Concerning your FPS submitted, which didn't get through to the HMRC, you can delete that FPS submission. Then, you'll need to roll back to the final payroll from the previous year.

Here's how to delete an FPS submission:

  1. Go to Taxes, and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Open the FPS submission you want to delete.
  3. Select the bin icon.
  4. Select Yes, remove to confirm.

Once done, the program will then generate a new FPS that you'll need to submit to the HMRC. Please ensure to keep note of all the payment details before doing this, as you'll need this information to recreate them in the future.

For further steps and detailed information, you can refer to this article: Submit an FPS to HMRC in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.
