When adding SMP for employees the figure is coming up as £189.88. I can see nothing that confirms that will be the new rate. How can this be amended?

Your employee's Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) is calculated on several factors. Please first check the figure against HMRC's SMP calculator - if the figures do not match QuickBooks, call our support team on 0808 234 5337 (Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm) or begin a chat where we can set up a secure screen share to view the payroll with you.
