When I enter my Payroll it says: ,please update your billing information to run payrollAs far as i can see my billing info is updated and all right.

Hello @spaceartonline,

 

Since your billing information is up to date but you're unable to enter your payroll, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

 

They can pull up your account, securely, and explain the components of your billing and subscription. From there, some can help you review and update your billing information if needed to do so. This way, you can start entering your employee's payroll.

 

Thus said, here's how you can contact our dedicated support:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Billing and Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.
