When will month 1 of new tax year 2020/21 be ready on UK Online Standard Payroll ?

I successfully migrated in Feb'20 to Online Standard Payroll and ran months 11 & final month 12 payroll for tax year 2019/20 but month 1 is not ready to start...Why ?

I recommend reaching out to Support, so they can link your account to the open ticket. They have the tools to do that, and they can get your information in a more secure environment. When a fix will be rolled out, you will receive an update straight from our engineers.
