Is there any update how I can actually take ownership of the licenses that I`m paying for?
I don`t really want to go through chat boxes or anything else. I would really like to be able to write to the team and see what can be done
In the meantime I have an angry accountants firm that need access to the QB license and I am powerless
My ex business partner with whom I am extremely friendly is currently fighting for his life in a Spanish hospital.
I was hoping that bring this matter up might get action? So far not. Surely thee must be a way that QB can reallocate the admin person on licenses??
Hi roy22, thanks for joining this thread - we appreciate there are circumstances in which the current admin may be unable to access the account to transfer ownership. In such cases, we require a request to become the primary admin or contact to be submitted - if you're not already a named user on the account, you can begin by creating an Intuit Account before submitting the request to become PA. All submissions are reviewed within 7-10 days and the requestor will be updated on the status of this throughout via email. 🙇♀️
