Why are my employees not receiving their payslips by email? the message clearly states they have been sent but they do not arrive. this feature worked fine in April?

Let me share details about emailing payslips to your employees in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you'll be able to determine how to let them received their payslips and monitor your payroll account.

QBO UK has three payroll versions (Standard, Advanced, and PaySuite). If you're subscribed to QBO Standard Payroll, there's currently a product investigation about payslips that are showing as sent but not being received by employees. I assure you that our product engineers are actively working to have a permanent fix as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you'll have to manually download your employee's payslips from the Employees menu. Then, send them via an external email service. Here's how:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Select Payroll.
3. Scroll down to the Payroll History section.
4. Choose the right details in the Pay history for and Pay schedule drop-down arrows.
5. Select the pay history.
6. Click the Get payslips button to download.

Moreover, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.They can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. You can provide the INV-46553 to our representative as your reference.
