Why are new projects (set up today) not appearing on QB Time?

    Hello Audrey@nbdesign. thanks for posting on the Community page, It will be because you have not imported them into QBT. You have to import the projects. 

     

    Projects will only import to QuickBooks Time Elite. If you're using QuickBooks Time Premium, projects will show as customers or sub-customers and must be added to projects manually. Choose an existing customer or sub-customer for QuickBooks integrated accounts to use as a project. To add a new project that is not listed, add that project (as a customer) in QuickBooks Online (QBO) first, then import.     Why dont the project status in QBO sync to QB Time?

    Hi, I have been using project in Quickbooks online and on Time for the past year. Today new projects are not showing in Time.

    Google shows a lot of people have had the same issue previously .

      We don't currently have any reported issues with using newly created projects in QuickBooks Time.

       

      To troubleshoot any browser issue that may be causing this, please try logging into QBT though a different web browser or incognito window. If you're able to use the project as usual there, consider clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your regular browser.
