Question

Why can I now not choose a service date other than today? It allows me to choose it from the new calendar but does not save it. It returns to today’s date.

The likely cause of this is a cache issue on the browser, to fix please try clearing the cache on the browser for a period of all time and then fully close and re-open this before signing into QuickBooks. For best user experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice where possible. Please get back to us below if this does not resolve the issue!
