Why can’t Quickbooks reauthorise with TSB Banking on laptop or mobile using any online methods.

At original setup QB Online would only connect using a laptop to TSB Business Bank accounts.  Now it won’t reconnect at all and wants to connect to TSB (personal) App rather than TSB (business) App.

On your laptop on the web browser, can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try do the reconnection again does the same thing still happen.
