Hello Raylegend2012, thanks for posting on the Community page, We can see you have an active simple start account with us at Quickbooks, that is billed through a 3rd party, so we would advise you reach out to the 3rd party either Google Play or iTunes about the status of your account as we can not view any billing information due it been doing via a 3rd party.
