Why does pension deduction shown in payslip not reflect the net 4% defined by the scheme?

It's possible the rate entered is not 4%. Let's go ahead and check the set up. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Payroll tab.
4. Click the Pencil icon in the Pension scheme row.
5. Make sure the Employee contribution percentage is 4%.
