Why does QB say that I do not have the rights to my payroll, I have checked in settings and I am the primary. TIA

I'll provide the necessary information regarding the problem you encountered. 

 

Upon checking, we have an ongoing investigation about the inability to access payroll with an error, we're sorry! You don't have access rights to view this data. With that said, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They will securely obtain your account information and add you as an affected user. This way, you'll receive updates about the progress of this investigation.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Locate the Help (?) icon.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
        • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
        • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
