I'll make sure you're able to recover your account. To verify did you try to cancel your subscription? If so, you may want to re-subscribe your account. Our system will allow you to access your account for a year after cancellation. If you're using a trial version, your data will be available within 90 days.

 

However, if you have an active subscription. You'll want to make sure you're using the correct login credentials. Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser or an incognito window. This will help us determine if the issue is cache-related or not. 

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Next, sign in as the account Admin. If you're able to recover your data, go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. This process will optimize the QBO performance. Thus, if you're getting the same result, use a supported browser to open your account.
