Hi there, @Jen35

Thanks for visiting the Community today. The p60 reports should appear once you have approved and advanced from Period 12 into the new tax year.

It could be that you're experiencing a browser-related problem. We can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using an incognito or a private window to see if it works. Then, we can troubleshoot to get you back to business.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to operate in such mode:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If that works with ease via a private/incognito window, then we'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This way, it'll prevent unusual behavior in the browser.

if the issue persists, I'd recommend using a different browser. You can refer to this link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant

I look forward to answering your next posts. I'm always here to help should you need further assistance.
