Question

Why is employee receiving "We can't get your info" when payslip has been emailed to him? This has only started happening in the last couple of weeks.

Rest of the message reads "Your employer is not connected to Quickbooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck."

Hello SwannySnr, Welcome and thanks for posting on the Quickbooks community page, in order for us to help resolve your issues, can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks is it standard or advanced?

This issue has now been reported to our technical support team and is impacting multiple employees using the workforce portal on QuickBooks Standard Payroll. 

 

We've added you to our investigation with reference INV-100678 so that you will be notified of further updates and resolution by email. As a workaround, please email the employees payslips outside of QBO workforce.
