Why is monthly fps report accepted in quickbooks payroll but not received by hmrc?

We cannot speak for HMRC - if the FPS has been recently submitted, it can take 72 hours to be processed by HMRC. An FPS would show up as rejected if they had not accepted it.

Within the FPS report log on your software, you'll be able to identify a receipt reference or submission ID, which you can use to get HMRC to find it on their end when you contact them.
