Why is nett pay is more than SSP?

paying SSP I am only expecting to pay £96.35 and gross pay figure agrees. But tax has been deducted and the net pay is showing as £125.35. Why and how do I get nett pay to match gross pay?

Hi gbgardenology Are you sure that tax is actually being deducted and that it's actually a tax refund that's being added on to the net pay, what is the breakdown of the figures that are appearing on the payslip?
