Why is the profit we’ve made not showing? I’m really struggling with it all. Can anyone recommend a uk step by step guide of how to use it in simple terms please on a mobile thank you

The profit should be showing on the mobile app. We have a few steps to perform to fix this.

 

First, let's ensure the app is updated. It helps download the new updates and features. Here's how:

  1. Open Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Search for QuickBooks Self-Employed, then click Update

Then, clear the phone's data to help refresh the program.

 

However, if the issue persists, let's uninstall and reinstall the app. It fixes program-related issues.
