Will my vat return sent 14/04/19, for 1st qtr 2019- from qb to hmrc (stated Accepted) be approved by hmrc from April 1st?

If the status is accepted, the HMRC already received your VAT return form.  You'll receive a confirmation email if it's already approved. Though, you can reach out to the HMRC to know the status of the filed return.
