In my interface there is no such option under the "Transaction" menu (the flyout from the left hand menu) and there's nothing under the "New" menu on the left either. Am I missing something? I must be looking in the wrong place. 😟

The dashboard works in online accountant, but not the training page. Just says quickbooks online product training. But clicking on that, nothing happens.

My school just upgraded from older QB program to QB online. Older QB allowed us to run a transaction statement that included the school's EIN (tax ID number). I went to Settings>Custom Form Styles but there is no field for Tax ID. Any suggestions?
