Can you help me activate an inactive account

I'll guide you through the steps of reactivating an inactive account in QBO, @Plusfactor.

You can reactivate your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by logging in to the said account. Then open your Chart of Accounts and click the Make an account active again. 

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the small Gear icon just above the table.
3. Put a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox to see your inactivated accounts.
4. Click Make active on the inactivated account.
5. Click the small Gear icon again and remove the checkmark in the Include Inactive checkbox.

In case you're referring to your subscription, you'll need to log in as the Master Admin and re-enter your credit card information from there. You can find the detailed steps in this article: Update your billing and subscription info.
