How to correct my client's Balance Sheet to get the Bank Accounts on top not the Accounts Receivable
We noticed that we have 2 parent customers that are the same one is called 'Retailers' the other 'Retailer' because there are multiple sub customers under each parent we are unable to merge the 2 parent customers. Is there a way we can export a list of customers to excel, edit the parent and re-upload the list?
I have been told each time I've contacted QB's that it's been forwarded to the Back End Team.I have had no transactions import since 8/5/2024 which means that our tax cannot be finalised for the year.MYOB and Xero have both managed to fix this problem already and we are paying for a service that we cannot use.When can I expect this to be fixed?

When I try to create a new invoice the number comes up as 587. The next invoice number SHOULD BE 641 Why is this happening? I rang support. After half an hour I simply confused the poor woman in Singapore. Can anyone tell me why the next invoice isnt working? Please and thank you Zappy
I only want to work with this financial year (1/7/24-30/6/25)Started QB account a few days ago. Bank feed is importing transactions from QB start but only to end of month. They also re-appear in transaction list despite excluding and deleting.
Looking for guidance on how to Account for Government Paid Parental Leave. I worked out how to pay the employee but need help on how to Account for the PPL. A Google search provides plenty of information from Quickbooks Online software competitors but nothing from Quickbooks.
