Template import ends in blank page!

Importing a template ends in a blank preview and no way to continue in spite of stating "Your template was prefect".

Tried Chrome, tried Safari, cleared the history, turned the plug off then on again.

I am doing this as an Accountant and not as the owner of the account.

This has previously worked so failing is a new feature for me.

Thanks for doing some basic troubleshooting stepsto fix this issue, Jon.

 

This helps us fix the common errors inside QuickBooks. However, if the imported template shows as blank, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. They'll check your account further.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then click Contact us.
  2. Enter imported template shows as blank as your keyword.
  3. Then, Let's talk.
  4. In the Choose a way to connect with us page, select Chat.
  5. Then, continue with the on-screen instruction.
