I am writing to inquire about the possibility of extending my QuickBooks evaluation period. Because of my workload, which includes both my primary employment and freelance teaching responsibilities, I have not yet fully explored the features and functionality of QuickBooks. Currently, I use Google Calendar for scheduling student appointments and Buy Me a Coffee for receiving donations and monthly subscriptions. However, I am seeking a more professional, organized, and streamlined solution to manage my business finances. QuickBooks seems to offer the capabilities I need, but I would like additional time to evaluate its suitability for my specific requirements. As you may have noticed, I have not yet used this QuickBooks account. I am currently taking courses in Udemy to learn more about accounting, as I do not have a background in the subject. Im running into issues with the 4000 character limit on estimates for terms and conditions. It seems to be a common issue, but a lot of people have grumbled about on the forum here.Anyways, a QuickBooks associate mentioned the only way to solve the problem was to upload a PDF of my terms and conditions to the estimate.Running issues with the solution because I have to manually add PDF each time I create an estimate because you can’t add an attachment to an estimate template. I even tried to create a default customer with a template that I attached the pdf to. My intention was every time I would create an estimate I could go into that estimate and duplicate it as the starting point, which would include the attached PDF, which I already attached to the estimate however, every time duplicate this estimate wipes out the attachments field. What’s the purpose of the duplicate button if it’s not duplicate every single aspect of the estimate? long story short . I need a larger l

Under upper right corner Gears - Accounts and Settings - Company - there is a row for our Trade Registration Number (SSM number / company registration number), why is that row now missing?? Please fix this asap because every company and business needs to display this on their invoices by law. Note: I have tried incognito mode and on other browsers, all the same. this info is missing.

I hit accept invite but it doesnt give me accountant log in, it goes back to my QB log in. I want to be able to be the accountant for those two accounts to allow me to undo some reconciliations. Not sure how I can accept the invite and sign up as an accountant?
