Good day, does anyone also experience BANK sync with NEW ABSA internet banking, if yes, how to resolve this

Let me help you fix your banking concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

For me to verify and check for any open investigation, may ask the error message you're getting when connecting your account? Any further info would be much appreciated.

 

In the meantime, let's connect your account using a private browser. This will help us determine if the issue is cache-related. To start, open your QuickBooks account using a private browser, you may press either of these shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If you're able to connect your bank account, you may need to clear the cache in your regular browser.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our QBO Support Team. This way, they can check and investigate this further for you. 

 

Additionally, you can still manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Once your transactions are in, it's time to match and categorise them. They will go straight into your accounts after you review them.
