Will be migrating to the Online Plus from my desktop. 1) I am being told that the Plus version does not have budgeting capability. We run our Income/Expense report against a budget. But some of the online tutorials say yes for the Plus version. Does the plus have budgets? and can you run reports against them? 2) Does the plus version allow you to download a report to Excel? Because if no to the above will have to do a merge in Excel.
Is there a way to reset? Any other suggestions?
I've download the template but it keeps changing type to stock instead of noninventory
I need to import my Inventory of 6000 line items into QuickBooks Online Plus, but the upload does not allow products with a Quantity on Hand = 0If I change the zero quantities to 0.00001 then the upload works, but then I have to manually adjust the quantities back to zero again afterwards. Any advice please?
Preffered Supplier is a standard field when creating a new Inventory Item, but it is not available as a field when importing an Inventory list. Is there any other way to include it in the upload please? I'm loading about 6000 Inventory line items (loaded in smaller batches), so I really do not have time to go back and amend every record individually afterwards.

We are moving over from Desktop to Online QB. Please help with the excel csv format to import purchase orders. Have about 100 to import.
Hi there QBOL SA,So, I'm new the the product, but am an I.T. guy and have worked with other Accounting packages.I've experienced a 'alleged' problem with the Import of Products using an .xls file as source data.Using the QB supplied sample layout, I flagged both 'Sales' and 'Purchases' Tax columns as "Standard" The 'Import' functioned without reporting errors. However, now when selecting a Product on an Invoice, the Tax column is blank and I have to select from the drop-down list. The solution is going to 'edit' the product and selecting "Standard (15%)" from the drop-down. Then going back to New Invoice, selecting the edited product and the tax rate appears.QUESTION: Why does the import not update the Product Tax rate?
All the online advice starts with doing something in your current desktop program, but it doesn't open at all anymore (requires Internet Explorer)
