I can guide you on the process of importing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Please note what you can and can't import:

• Discounts, credit notes, and negative amounts, in general, can't be added.
• There's a limit of 100 invoices per spreadsheet and 1,000 rows per spreadsheet.
• You can import single or multiple line item invoices.
• You may also bring a huge number of consumers and suppliers, as well as products and services.

Before importing the invoices, ensure everything's fine in your spreadsheet.

1. Complete the required columns:

• Invoice number
• Customer
• Invoice date
• Due date
• Item amount
• Item tax code

2. If you collect taxes, simply enter the tax rate in the spreadsheet when creating invoices. You can map the tax codes you created into QuickBooks tax codes when importing.

3. During the import, you can map each of your column headers to the invoice fields. Review the requirements for importing invoices. You can also use this sample spreadsheet.
