Hi there, useraccounts1.

Currently, there's no way to import all of your employees from Excel into QuickBooks Online. You can only import Customer, Suppliers, Product and Services, Invoice, and bills in QuickBooks South Africa.

For now, I suggest manually entering your 100 employees in the system.

Here's how:

  1. Click Employees at the left panel.
  2. Choose Add an employee.
  3. Enter the employee's information.
  4. Hit Save.

For additional information, you can click this article: Add, edit, or inactivate an employee. This also provides steps on how you can make any changes in the employee's information.

Please check this article to see different questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online like, what file format can you use to import information in the system: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.

Utilize TPI to do so.
