Open a new QBO account

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/South-Africa

then you may have 2 options:

1. Prepare the data in XLS/CSV and utilize an importer tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

Great to have you here, claudia-visual8-.

When it comes to importing your invoices from the Wave platform through to Quickbooks Online (QBO), we recommend contacting the technical support of the third-party provider. Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account is best handled by them. Also, QBO depends on what the Wave platform shares with us.

Just in case it requires reformatting the amount when importing invoices, you'll want to look for a third-party application that can help you with this one. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
  2. Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
  3. Look for the app that supports the Batch Invoicing feature.
