I need help downloading a CSV bank statement file. i go through all the stages and get stuck at Select the transactions to import stage were the system stops responding?

I have the steps you need to download your CSV bank statement file to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @coofficer-klbp. 

Here are the possible reasons the system stops responding on the Select the transactions to import stage: 

• The CSV file isn't formatted correctly. 
• Your upload timed out. 

To help resolve this, let's first review the column headers and data. If you use the 3-column format, make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QBO. For the 4-column format, check the Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns and their headers. 

Second, you can correct any transactions that display a number in the Description column. Third, remove the zeroes (0) from the file and leave those cells blank. Fourth, please ensure the Date format has a single pattern, such as dd/mm/yyyy. Once done, please wait a few minutes and upload the file again. If you're receiving a specific error while uploading, go to this article: Fix Upload Errors. Then, click the link specific to the message you've received. 

After that, you can assign, categorise, edit, and add your imported bank transactions. It helps you ensure your financial records are accurate in the software. Just go to the For Review tab to complete this task.
