Import data from quickbooks desktop

Let me walk you through how to import the data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

We need to make sure first that your QuickBooks Desktop is updated. This is to avoid errors in converting the data.

1. Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Select Get Updates to start the download.
3. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
4. Accept the option to install the new release when prompted.
