QuickBooks Online not syncing since 8 April 2021
Hi
We're experiencing an issue with QuickBooks Online not syncing with Nedbank.
We have done the following in an attempt to resolve:
- Waiting a few hours as per the error message's prompt
- Removed the bank account and set up with the link to the bank - receive an error that Nedbank isn't available
- Cleared the cache, no difference
- Tried using a different browser, no difference
- We've repeated the above process daily since the 8th with no difference.
