Suddenly having endless problem with OFX file - the bank transactions import to QB but the bank balance will not update - PLEASE HELP - many attempts but no success

I want to make sure that you bank balance gets updated so you can get back on track.

If your bank transactions are downloading successfully in QuickBooks Online but the bank balance is not updating, this issue can be caused by the stored and corrupted data on your browser.

To fix this, you'll want to access your account on a private window and run the bank update from there.

Here's how to update your bank account:

1. Select Banking from the left menu.
2. Click the Update button in the upper right.
3. Select Update Now.

If it it's now updating you can go back to your regular web browser and clear its cache. At times, too much-accumulated cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected issues like the one that you've experienced. This simply needs to be removed to prevent this from happening again.
