I CANNOT SUBMIT MY VAT AS I HAVE A ERROR

Verify VAT status: Confirm the status of your VAT return to avoid any submission issues.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

I DO MY OWN BUSINESS VAT.  WHEN I ORIGINALLY SIGNED UP TO MTD I WAS USING DESKTOP QUICKBOOKS.  CONFUSED WHAT TO DO
