Hi I am all set up for MTD all deatails are correct but I am unable to connect to HMRC. I have noticed my VAT period shows date of 2020 but am unable to change this to correct date ?

Hi sjw4, thanks for joining the QB Community - have you already filed periods from 2020 onwards with HMRC, and are you directed to mark the period as filed in QuickBooks when selecting the 'Take action' button on your VAT dashboard? 🧐

Hello Sjw4, thanks for coming back to us, so HMRC send us the obligations of what they are expecting from you and if you think it is wrong then you will need to speak to HMRC about this so they can change the obligation to what it needs to be in order for you to then submit it through your QuickBooks account.
