VAT returns

I have recently filed 4 VAT returns and paid HMRC but the filed returns are showing as 'Reopened'. How can this be changed to 'Paid'

Hello Mark Ash,

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Reopened returns are ones that have been unfiled in QuickBooks. If you filed them directly with HMRC you will need to mark them as filed in QuickBooks and record payment against them.
