I got you covered today, v-stetina-gmail-.

The issue where information is not updating when exporting invoices to PDF can be caused by the browser you're using. To confirm, let’s access your QBO company through a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Make sure to use the correct login credentials.

Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, try exporting the invoice again. I'll share with you the steps in case you need reference:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Put a check mark on the Invoice box to select all the transactions.
  4. Click Batch actions.
  5. Select Print invoice.
  6. Click the arrow-down (download) option and select Save.

If it works, let’s clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other compatible browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.

If the issue persists, you can follow the recommended steps in this article about PDF printing issues: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.
