In most invoices it is important to have the correct order of lines, for customers to understand their charges and to see like things together. At the moment, the lines set on screen are rearranged when printing. Currently I have to take a pdf copy and put it into edit mode and manually move the information around. I can't then send out the invoice from QBO either so I have no tracking.

This has only recently happened as I was able to include and exclude Inactive Customers as necessary in the past. How can I make it the same as previously?

Hi,I am trying to process a customer (donor) refund. I have created the refund receipt and paid the client. Now that I am reconciling the bank and matching transactions, the payment is showing in the bank statement but not showing up in the matching transactions to match it to. The customer account shows the correct owing amount etc. I'm at a loss. Thanks
I can adjust gst amount manually but everytime i go into the invoice to look at it etc the gst autmatically changes back to a smaller amount.

My sales dashboard figure is incorrect. It is $757.90 more than the sales amount in the profit and loss report for the same period. The $757.90 is for an invoice amount paid by a customer twice in error. It was allocated as a deposit to accounts receivable and has now been refunded and accou8nts receivable now back to $0. Why does the dposit of $757.90 get included in the sales dashboard when it is not applied to an invoice and has been refunded?
