Question

Has anyone noticed that the customers tab wont permanently hide the deleted customers? I uncheck "Include inactive". If i go to a new page and come back, they are back!

The Include inactive filter should ideally hide the deleted customers from the customer list until you choose to enable it again, will98. If the removed customers continue to reappear even after unchecking the box, we can try troubleshooting the browser. I'll provide the steps below.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you successfully hide the deleted customers in the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.

Hi there, yes, I tried an incognito window in Chrome, Version 135.0.7049.85 (Official Build) (64-bit). This also happens in Microsoft Edge, standard and InPrivate, Version 135.0.3179.73 (Official build) (64-bit) In all 4 instances, "Include inactive" comes back if you go through a few pages and then come back to it again.
